When communication has broken down and you need to find resolution...
Do you need help?
Have you found yourself in dispute with someone? Despite your best attempts, have you reached an impasse? Maybe there is a threat of a court-case looming if you can’t find your way through this alone?
If you find yourself in this kind of situation, I can help. As an accredited mediator and certified trainer of Nonviolent Communication (NVC), I am there to support your needs and views to be heard and to navigate you through the potential stormy waters so that you can find your own solutions and come to resolution.
I am ‘multi-partial’ meaning that I advocate for everyone’s needs to matter.
Here are some frequently asked questions:
Who do you work with?
Couples who are struggling in their partnership and wondering whether to stay together or separate (go to restorative conversations for more information)
People who are still needing to communicate with an ex-partner
Parents and their teenage children
Small family businesses - where there has been a falling out over business matters
Friends and family members who find themselves in dispute
How much does it cost?
Everyone’s circumstances are different. Please contact me to discuss your needs and I can then give you a quote.
What training do you have?
I am an accredited mediator with London-based Peaceful Solutions and trained in their Dialogue Road Map (DRM) process. I am also a certified Nonviolent Communication trainer (with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication). Of course I also hold an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.
Where are you based and do you support people online?
I am based in SW Wales and can see people in person here. If you live further afield and don’t want to travel I can, in some instances, support you online via video conferencing.
What is my first step?
Please contact me to book a free, no obligation call to discuss your situation. I can help you assess your options so that you can decide what step to take next.
